Delivery Policy

1.  The information provided on this website is for general information purpose and use only.  Every endeavour is made to keep the product information complete and correct, however the customer is responsible for ensuring the product they purchase is suitable for their specific requirements. All product shots and information are for reference only.  The colour and packaging may vary from actual products.

2.  No amendments or cancellations will be accepted once the order and payment are secured.

3.  Delivery Method (Hong Kong)
a) All merchandises will be shipped by SF Express to the residential or commercial address or designated SF Locker or pick-up point at the selected location.
b) Order and payment completed before 22:00, delivery will be arranged the following day (Monday - Friday).  The actual delivery date subject to stock availability and SF Express arrangement.
c) The Customer is required to fill in a valid mobile phone number while placing an order for the purpose of receiving delivery notification via SMS message or phone call from SF Express.
d) During the course of placing an order, you may choose from the delivery method options and corresponding delivery fee (if applicable).
e) The customer is responsible to receive or collect the package.  Any unclaimed package will be returned to ZEGCOM IM LIMITED, the customer is required to bear the 2nd attempt delivery fee of HKD80.00.
f)  If the customer decides to request a refund for the purchase, an amount of HKD80.00 of delivery fee will be deducted from the total order value.

SF Express Locker Pickup
The customer will receive a SMS message from SF Express once the package arrived at the designated SF Express Locker of selected location.
取件步驟:
1. 在主畫面選擇「取件」。
2. 輸入 6 位數字取件碼, 然後按「取件」。
3. 智能櫃門會自動打開, 您便可領取包裹。
4. 關上櫃門後, 主畫面會顯示「取件成功」。

Please contact SF Express at 2730 0273 (press 1 followed by 7), should you not receive any notification from SF Express one week after placing an order with us.
